Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Due to supply chain shortages and delays on worldwide shipments, please allow 7-10 business days for orders to process. While most orders ship earlier and this is not our general order processing time, due to worldwide challenges - some orders may require additional time, especially if a soap item needs more curing time (a normal step in the soap making process).
Also, please allow additional shipping time during our peak seasons (MARCH, JULY, NOVEMBER, DECEMBER).
We work diligently to ship items in their entirety and may opt to hold an order, until all items are ready.
Please note that transit times for each shipping carrier may vary. Day Three Bath & Body is not responsible for any delay in delivery once your order has been picked up by a shipping carrier. Priority and Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.

Day Three Bath & Body is proud to offer international shipping at reasonable and reduced rates to most anywhere in the world. However, international shipping can sometimes incur additional costs, i.e., taxes, customs duties and brokerage fees. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are proud of the high quality products that we offer and we find that we have extremely low return rates. Due to the nature of the natural ingredients used in our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on products or orders that have been delivered or picked up.
However, we do understand that there are unique and unusual circumstances at times and in those cases, we ask that you contact us directly for solutions. We only accept returns on products that were shipped in error, and are returned in their original, sealed and unopened condition. This helps to protect the integrity of the natural ingredients and product quality.
